The Queen of Heart's trial is about the Knave of Hearts and his stealing her tarts, and Alice takes on the role of a witness. Alice hides the two, five, and seven of clubs so that they will not be beheaded. The Gryphon tells Alice that executions ordered by the Queen are rarely carried out. Disney version took liberties on all these thing in the book, and then some.
Mockturtle is made of the body of a turtle, and the head, hooves, and tail of a calf. A pun on the mockturtle soup...
Various poems like "twinkle-twinkle little bat" and "Old Father William," are parodies of childern songs...
At the end of Through the Looking Glass, Alice blames her black kitten on the adventure she went through. American McGee's Alice the black cat is the cause of the fire.
"Vorpal" is a term for anything so sharp magical properties had to be used to make it that sharp.
Lewis Carroll is mis-spelled in the opening of Disney's Alice in Wonderland... they spell it as "Lewis Carrol"
"Off with her head!" Carroll's parody of a scene in Shakespeare's Richard III, where Richard demands the execution of Lord Hastings, crying "Off with his head!"
