I'm surprised, considering all the marketing.

Dude. marketing? what marketing? OUt in cornfieldland (also known as the midwest) we didn't hear a single shred of marketing about the book. I only discovered it when i went to vampirefreaks.com and was talking to a few people in the alice in wonderland cult (it's not an actual cult, but but more like a msn group). And also, thx for the awesome forums where i can talk to other people who, like I, loved this book. I'm talking too much i'll shut now. bye.

Dude. marketing? what marketing?

Indeed, there's little to no maketing of it over here in Bonnie Scotland, where the Haggi (see, it's plural) roam free and playing bagpipes is mandatory. :p

Lol. I jest. Anyhoo, yeah, the only marketing I was aware of was the fact that I got added by "Queen Alyss", the monarch of Wonderland herself on myspace, which led me here. Other than that I haven't heard anything, I only picked the book up by chance because I hadn't heard of it, I'm obsessed with Alice in Wonderland and it had pretty cover art... plus everything else in that particular area of the shop I had already either read or discounted due to rubbishness.

Oh yeah, hi! :D

there was no marketing where I was either. I just happened to be at a college campus up north from where I live and I saw it on the shelf. After connecting it to AiW I immediatly bought it because I needed to add it to my collectoin.
