Who designed those Card Soldiers? the way they unfold, and the whole flying over the mountain scene... my lord. It's too awesome for words.

So, like I said, who designed the Cut? (Don't say Redd)

He did the design for the droids in the movie Star Wars episode 1, thats why they kinda look alike.

My friends and I had commented on that!! No wonder they look similar. Thanks!

Ah, thanks for the artist's name. And I noticed the similarity, thought it was just because the artist might've been inspired by that, though. Hmm.

And I guess I'll get to work on finding the artist's website.

Beddor has a listing of all the websites of his concept artists. My favourite is Chris Appelhans at www.froghatstudios.com, because he has artwork for his own version of Alice in Wonderland, as well as artwork for LGW.

wow that picutre is awsome, yet creapy too! The cut that were designed by the artist mentioned are really something. Never did i expect them to be like that! I noticed too that they look similar to the Star Wars things.

Me thinks i should perhaps attempt some LGW artwork, yet it wont be half as good as the work on here :S lol

wtc? what in the world is that thing in that picture? it's really awesome, but but quite confusing as i don't have any idea what it is or why it has eyes.

It's the Cheshire Cat as a blimp. Chris Appelhans is doing a post-apocalyptic version of Alice set in the future, where Wonderland is called Underworld and seems somewhat of a ghetto.

And he wrote a song that I'm surprised didn't end up on the LGW soundtrack. (http://www.froghatstudios.com/musik/Alice_02.mp3)

whoa...hmmm...
dude, appelhans' pictures are satisfiable[is that even a word?]. too futuristic for my taste but graphic enuff. i dont like the one of tweedledum tho, it reminds me of frankinstein. n y is redd always portrayed with the fat ugly features of the queen of hearts in the disney version? it does match her personality, but then again, it makes genevieve look bad and redd too 13 century-ish... her headdress is cool tho.

dont mind me, im too much of an art critic...
