Does anyone know the release date for LKW movie - or, even better, when they'll start casting?

There are 4 Wonderland movies coming out in 2008, not one of them is LGW related.

2008 is the year of the wonderlander...
expect a flood of merchandise, and media of a wonderland circus.

Phasmagoria- Manson's movie based on Lewis Carroll stories
Alice- based off of American Mcgee's game
Malice in Sunderland- more gothic stuff
Alice Upside down- a young girl on an acid trip

yeah, it would be fun if it weren't all goth movies.

Date for the movie?

We need to know when, and where the auditions are going to start for this project. We don't have a date for it yet, and the Christmas Celebrations are comming soon. I believe that we are going to wait for 2008 for some good news about this project. November bring us a new book about Alyss. The new project of Frank Beddor "Princess Alyss of Wonderland (Hardcover)" with illustrations of Catia Chien. This tile will be released on November 1, 2007.

In 2008, I believe that we are going to have something interesting about LGW, and the news that all are waiting about the movie.

As I think I've mentioned more than once: The movie news will come in its own time. I would not expect to hear anything about auditions until the needs of the movie are met enough so that casting can begin. The movie has to get its funding and 'heads of staff' (including a casting director) before anything else can happen.

In short, I would not expect anything before at LEAST first quarter of '08.


Don't worry. It'll happen. ;D For those of you wanting to audition, now is the best time to get polished up and do your homework, so to speak. :)
