Other wise she could just make all his weapons dissapear,or just send his hat boomeranging back toward him with barely any effort,ect.....

I have to agree here with all these assessments. The rook also would most definitely kick a two cards' two-dimensional buttocks. Lots of what-if's could all change the above though... as for example, Redd does not HAVE her imagination at the end of Seeing Redd...so wouldn't Hatter carve her to bits? And didn't Dodge already claim several of Cat's lives already (yes, with Alyss' aid somewhat, but still...).
