View Full Version : Live Action or Animated?
Since Mr. Beddor is making the LGW movie series what form of cinema should he use for the overall movie? There's live action, just think of your favorite actors fighting over wonderland, though some in CGI. Or animation? I think LGW would make a great 2D animated film with 3D backrounds.

I honestly think it would be best Live action with Creature effects and a dash of CGI for good measure.. I think it would be good done in that style of film(An example of what I'm talking about would Be Dragon Slayer.. if you've seen it.).
I love creature costumes. ^_^ -squeal-

I believe that Mr. Beddor should make this movie with live action. Add special effects and some animated characters (cat, bibwit) would make it really good.

Live action or animation would go fine with me either way. Live action would be really good, but animation might bring on some new acting talent, not all good actors/actresses look all that great. But I think Live action would be a tad bit better, (sorry animation, but it had to be said.)

Yes, Lord of the rings was very good, and Golem was very convencing. (He scared my little brother so much, my little brother hid in the kitchen the whole time! It was kinda funny)

Live action with CGI is the only way to go.
Animated would just be wrong... and ALL live action wouldn't be as cool.

I agree that live action with cgi would definately be the best!! i would have suggested animation for the scenes in wonderland and then live action in our world but that would be too 'enchanted' kinda thing. but yes live action please :)

i love claymashin and anime and all that stuff but no lgw must ne live real people it is to powerful not to be plus with the fansty of the book real would be make it less childish

Live action all the way. If they would to make it animated I don't know like I love animated films its just when i picture LGW i see it LIVE AND IN ACTION, but thats just me:cool:

I would say live action with cgi. However as an artist and animator myself i would wonder how it would look in 2-d animation. I'm really burned out with all the 3-D animation and think it can be over-used at times.

I really want them to do live action with some special effects. Like, Lord of the Rings and the Cronicles of Narnia movies have been way too cool awesome. If LGW were to be done in animation people would think it was one of those little disney pixar movies. And that would just be WRONG.

Live action 3-D? What exactly do you mean? Like, Monster House, or something? I'm not too sure I go for that... I'm still hoping for a Lord-of-the-Rings-like movie. :cool:

LOL that's okay, you can never slice too many heads when it comes to keeping LGW from turning out like one of those little disney princess movies. I would be slicing MORE than just heads if they made Homburg Molly prancing around in some poofy dress singing a cheesy song to birds and forest animals. :eek:
