This is my website store. It's not really Fan Art just yet, but I do have some LGW themed pieces that I will be creating soon! One will be a twisted Redd set and another a sweet Alyss set. Dunno what I will do beyond those though. Hope you guys like what's there now though. I'll update when I've completed the LGW sets.

Thanks, we'd been expecting it, but it still sucks to hear. She doesn't have much of anyone out here in AZ, but me. So, I'm the one taking care of her most of the time, not that I'm complaining...I love my grandmother like she was my own mother! The jewelry perks her up. She gets excited every time I make a new piece. So it's something that pleases her AND myself in the process...well...AND the people that have bought things from me and those who will buy in the future of course. LOL

NooooooO!!! I have to suspend the Redd necklace until I get smaller gauge wire. I didn't realize I was out of the 28 gauge and I can't do the intricate seed bead roses with the tiny seed bead teeth that I want to do without it. BAH!!!!! SORRY GUYS! Perhaps soon...I just have to buy some wire and that might mean ordering it online and having to wait for it to come. *tear*

Hmm...I'm considering starting up the Alyss necklace, but I find myself a bit indecisive as to the design. Anyone have any ideas about what I could focus on about Alyss for the design? I was thinking hearts, but I don't know if I want to be THAT obvious. I dunno, I'll see what you guys say.

Well, hearts are very Alyss-like, you know, so it might be good to incorporate at least one into the design. Other than that, when I think Alyss, I think flowers (little girly ones, not the flesh eating roses!) and crowns because she's the most powerful Wonderland queen. Is there any way you could incorporate a crown into the design?

I think beading on this necklace would definitely be different from the Redd one in the way that with Redd there was black, green, and dark red colors. With Alyss I get the feeling that there would be more pastel colors.

Oh, PS: one other thing that made me think jewelry/Alyss... the only piece of jewelry belonging to Alyss that is specifically mentioned in the book (at least, the only one I can think of) is the Jabberwock tooth that Dodge gave her. I thought of that a couple of days ago when I went shopping, was looking for jewelry, happened to glance over @ the guys' section and noticed a necklace that was shaped like a tooth. Unfortunately, I don't know that there would be room for a "tooth" in a Princess necklace. LOL. But it would be very Alyss-like.

Well at our local Walmart there's this machine where you can get one and have it engraved. So I figured that I would have one engraved with, for example, something like this (this is obviously the one my necklace is gonna be; LOL):

Or something like that. And then string it onto a necklace with some beads not too over the top but still pretty; I'm going to use deep blue and gold beads. I am excited. I am almost done with the necklace I am making! I ended up getting the tag done today instead of Monday... my mom wanted to go to WalMart and so I was able to get it done there. But I was almost gonna have to wait until Monday anyways... the matinence dude decided that TODAY, during the exact same hour that I was there, that would be a good time for him to take apart the engraving machine and restock it. And apparently he was one of those guys who takes his good old sweet time because he was first opening the machine up when we walked in and I didn't get to actually use it until my mom was in the check out. And we had a pretty nice long shopping trip, too... at least an hour or maybe more. LOL. But yes, I got the tag and I am so excited! I'm almost done with it!!!!!

However... you guys won't get to see it 'till Monday or later. My sister went to Kentucky for the Rolex and she took our camera with her. LOL But don't worry you are not missing much. The only thing that actually looks nice is the tag. :rolleyes:

I have good friends... they like me and all and they are very nice and I <3 being around them. But I don't think that they think I'm :cool:. Probably because I'm not. LOL. But they are the best friends in the world. They are so sweet. I love them all.
