Thought I would add that we also have an area for you to post your very own stories, whatever setting they might be. It's not JUST RPG here, it's also a way to showcase your personal works.

Okay, sorry if this is a stupid question, but....

what exactly is Shattered Realms? I went on and I saw what looked like a forum. Is that what it is? A bunch of forum topics under one roof... er... webpage?

It's a RP forum...roleplay. Basically what we do in the roleplay thread under General Discussion...just on a grander scale.

It's also a place where people can post stories they have written.

Lots of different things one can do there. And there will be MORE things to do in the future as we grow.

It's called 'Shattered Realms' because so many different 'realms' are represented there. LGW, Disney, Batman universe...etc.

My understanding of roleplaying is that everyone takes a character and then kind of like a story or something gets started and you add your character's input? I've never actually done roleplaying before.

Yeah, it's pretty much writing a story with several people in bite sized chunks. It's quite fun, you should join up with us and have some fun over there! :) We'd love to have you! :)

Yeah it's really fun! It's a great way to connect with the character too! Analyze how they would do things, you know, for auditioning and such. If you've ever written books it's just like that only other people are adding too and your just doing the character you have. If you'd like an example you could read the "roleplaying" thread under general discussion!

Homburg Molly is taken! Ack! Like, all the rest of 'em I couldn't do. Hatter's my next favorite and he's still open, but I don't think I could do Hatter. He's too... IDK. Hard to figure out what he's going to do.

Well, because of our rules, there could be times when you'd get to play Molly. There's also the fact that if people drop out, names do become available again. So for now, why don't you take whoever strikes your fancy enough for you to play through and you'll get a chance at what you really want down the line. :)

Heck...I'm playing DODGE over in the roleplay thread right now. LOL AND Bibwit at times.

LOL I really don't mind at all, I was just using that as an example. I'm an easy going RPer. I'll play whoever is needed as long as I know the character enough. LOL

Oh, dang it. I'd love to be Hatter, but I'm not on enough anymore to post very much...I'm grounded =[ (but! Today's my birthday, so I can be on XD )

But otherwise, Hatter Madigan wouldn't be so bad for me, since I've had much experience to go into the mind of a Wonderland Milliner....you see, there's this site named Weeworld, I don't know if any of you have heard of it, but I made a "Weeworld Millinery" there, and we have about 40 members. In LGW, it doesn't say very much about the Millinery... but with some imagination, and what it did say about it, I find it to be a very interesting organization. And Hatter M. comic comes with the Millinery Code of Honor, which helps. ^_^

Yes, the Millinery is an interesting group...one I wish was delved into more (codes and inner workings and whatnot) but I agree...with a little imagination, we can figure it out ourselves. LOL

Hey, since we've been getting some new members I thought I might bring this thread back up into view.

We could use some more RPers on Shattered Realms! Go on over there and check it out. The place has been kinda quiet lately.

We have a great LGW storyline going. :D

End of old year/beginning of new year times are always slow on RP forums. It'll pick up around the beginning of February I'm guessing. Yea though, it would be nice to get some more active members! :)

We need some new people, and since a lot of new members have just joined here on the forums... maybe you would want to come RP on Shattered Realms. It's super awesome fun, and we have a great storyline going for LGW! Some of the main characters are still available so if you want to claim one of them go ahead.

Just wanted to let every one know that for some reason, the Shattered Realms RP site has gone KABLOOEY. *cries* while I was RPing with HM_F there too. Click the link on the first page to see it missing for yourself. it went poof awhile ago, but I'd figure I'd just... let everyone know. DX *cries more* she and I were writing an awesome RP, too... I will be sad forever.

and if it was deleted by the person who made it....... wah. And I'd very much like to know why.
