LOL every time I have waited for someone else to post (preferably the newbies) the only thing that has happened is a whole lot of nothing. Sounds kinda creepy.

For my latest book I came up with a kind of creepy creature. Only mine is based off of a wolf/dog. They're called "The Chigaru". They are taller than a grown man when they stand on two legs (which they usually do). They have a hunch back and short back legs. Their arms are so long that their knuckles drag across the ground. They have only three fingers and toes per hand, and of course they have claws, too! Oh and because they are like wolves they have dog-like snouts with sharp teeth and are covered in thick dark brown hair, and they have pupil-less eyes that are yellow and are shaped like diamonds.

So, yeah, that's my creepy creature. I'm pretty proud of them. They turned out just the way I wanted them to. :D

gah! Sweeney Todd, again? whenever you type it, it makes me want to watch it. we sing all the songs all the time. It's weird because we only had heard about Tim Burton just recently, about 7 months ago. Now we're fans. :D

hah well charlie and the chocolate factory is on. another of my fave Burton movies. I learned about him over a year ago and have loved him ever since :D wow i cant believe its been over a year! :eek: i learned to drive while listening to sweeney todd :) its my favorite!

Yes ma'am, that's exactly what it is. There's two "parts" or "issues" to each book. Part one is about a haunted forest. Part two is about a haunted mansion. :D

Ghost stories are wicked fun to write. And it's all based off of experiences I've had with my friends... other than the ghosts, of course. :rolleyes: But like, there's these two friends that I have, they're some of my best friends, and they're sisters. They always inspire the stories. They told me this story about these "potato ghosts" and then we took walks in their woods and that it where I got the whole idea for the book and it turned into part one of the book. Then for one of their birthdays we went out to this old mansion on a tour and I got the idea for part two.

Currently I am working on the sequel to this book. I posted the ghost's story for that book (the sequel, that is) under the "Authors Only" thread and I am still awaiting more suggestions before the book gets finished and published. If any of you guys can take the time to go over there and read over it, that'd be awesome! Even if you're not a writer, give me points of view from an audience perspective.
