The sceond book is called 'Seeing Redd' and Hombourg Molly will play a more prominent role. Other than that, Beddor ain't gonna divulge any more secrets.

EDIT: Oh wait, according to IGN, the second book will look at the nomadic tribes of Boarderland in some detal. Doesn't that sound a bt like Gregory Maguire's 'Wicked', to you? (I say this because both are based on famous children's novels).

I love Wicked! The Muscial was so much better then the book! *Is suddenly trampled by book-fans and brutally beaten*

Anyway, I agree that this is like it. Take a fairytale eveyone knows, and tranform it into a truth that some would find frightening...AWESOME!

Frank said that in about year ( cant remeber if it was year, i was too excited that i got to meet him ) that there was going to be a graphic novel about the story of Hatter's orgin.

*not for sure*

Also, Beddor said that Humpty Dumpty is going to appear in the third book. So he's still adding Wonderland characters even when Carroll's book has already been written. Think the Mock Turtle and the Gryphon will appear in a future book?

It's been awhile since I've read the book (it's my task to re-read it between theory classes), however I'd like to see The White Knight, or even the garden. I also liked the gryphon and the mock turtle, but I must say the White Knight was a favourite of mine.

I can't remember if the Duchess was in LGW or not, but she's a rather interesting character. Nonetheless, I'm sure Beddor knows what he's doing, and will likely tie in characters that have more to do with the storyline at this point than simply adding them because they exist in Carroll's original tales.

On the contrary, Beddor seems to add anything he can that couldn't have less to do with Alice in Wonderland. Zombies? Imagination-sucking vampires? Giant blobby bulldog things?

I can't imagine that Beddor would put vampires into the book. There's no way and no justification for it. I'm sure he will keep true to the story and won't try to spice it up with crap like that.

I'm alluding to that guy in Hatter M#2. You know, who got hurt by the sunlight guns.
