Hey, I just had an idea. Maybe this site would be a bit more alive if there was an IRC room where users could talk in real time instead of waiting for a reply to a post they made. comments? :)

I do beleive the reason members choose not to post is because they don't have any comments to make; a real-time chat room would not make any differences in the things people would want to say.

Awww now Blade, try to be nice. LOL jk. I think it's just that lots of people are busy what with school starting up again and all. :)

Actually, the idea of live chats and stuff has been brought up several times. For some reason it never seems to work though.

you two are tough on him.

i think it's a good idea, but it probably wouldn't work out. maybe it has to do with the different scheduals and time zones?

It is most definatly the fact that we're in diffrent time zones and have diffrent schedules. Honestly, thats why my other forums failed when they added IRC Chats.

I was thinking more like, just a random chat for users to just converse on. Like if a few users just so happen to be on at the same time they could chat if they felt like it :P

Lots of people won't use it because they wont' be on at the same time as their friends. So it would still most likely flop.
