yeah! you should! I don't know if my pushing will influence you even more to do so, but I shall anyway. XD I really want to see it.
I don't know about you guys, but I don't like that the backpack is drawn inside the coat. *imagines wearing a backpack and putting a coat over it* that disturbs me to no end. I like the one on the front cover though. he wears the backpack over the coat like a normal person. LoL!

I don't like how it's on the inside either. How does he take it off efficiently if it's under his coat? XP
You'll see in most of my drawings that I don't really draw the backpack at all because... I don't know where it should really be! LOL.

So Mad With Wonder is actually, out? Because I went to Barnes and Noble and asked and they said it comes out November 4.
With HM_F dealing with her promblems and everyone else getting into techinical difficulites with getting/reading the books we've waited two years for I can't help but say "What the flippin' flapjacks?!?" Excuse my language. :p
Don't give me any spoilers, but it's out right?
The good news is, is that it's already Sunday, and B&N had to put more copies of ArchEnemy on the shelf, because people already have bought them. The lady at B&N told me that they're doing all right when it comes to sale. :D

yeah. I don't know why all the dates are getting screwed up. =/
We noticed the dates and asked Diamond to correct them... in some places that worked out, others apparently did not. :( Very frustrating for us. We have no idea how that occurred.
It is available from our online store.

Woo! finished the book. Like, last night. XP
I'll post what I tihnk later, if I feel like it. LOL. In the meantime, for those of you who haven't seen it (I'm sure there's at least one around here, LOL):
http://www.tychoi.com/LGW_02.htm
I discovered this a long time ago, actually, but didn't show anyone. 'Cause I thought, "Well, maybe we haven't seen it for a REASON, because Frank wants it to be a secret or something." so yeah. if you've see it already, well, there it is again! XD!! It's in the book, Hatter draws it on one of those cards, but it's not this big version.

ah yes. I have not seen these because, well, you know why. XP very awesome. thanks for posting it up. :D
on another note, I'd like to say that when I got both Hatter Ms, I had no one to show it off to. so I ran to the closest person at the moment: my mother. XD she knows nothing of my obsession with LGW. nada! so I had to catch her up really quick with the going-ons in my life and that I am now obsessed with LGW.
I was so excited I told her that I got it early before the release date and it's signed! went right over her head. XD I was kinda upset, but oh well, that's mother. she just took it from my hands and looking at how shiny the pages were, literally. but lucky me, she opened it right to the page where blood was everywhere. not a good first impression for Hatter. my mom was like "you LIKE this stuff?" and we said "yes." XD
then she read a bit of what was inside and I hadn't read it yet. LoL. she was reading out the sound effects like "SWOOSH!" and stuff. then she looked at the front of Mad With Wonder and said, "ah! that's scary! is that the bad guy?" Jem and I were like "NO! he's the good guy! he's the coolest guy ever!!"
"what's with all the knives and swords? that's SCARY!" and we said, "But mommy, how would he be able to kill the bad guys?" she just shivered and gave us the books back saying, "even the back pack is scary. it has a little face." XD
yup. just thought we'd share.

BWAHAHAHA! I'm totally liking your mommy. She's cool. ^_^
...Oh my gosh. *scared* There IS a face on the backpack! With little teethies! DX!! LOL
K. So I did say I was going to post what I thought. So here's some thoughts.
I didn't like how Hatter was really really bulky looking, though I guess if you have a backpack (bug...*giggles*) and a huge coat, that makes it possible. XP Let's see, what else... I really liked it. My favorite part for some reason was Hatter locked in the asylum. (Died laughing when he started screaming about Lincoln having his hat. XD!!!)
Hatter has a brother! Dalton! Hee hee hee! And apparently Hatter has been called Hatter... for a long time. Before he was really much of a Milliner, back when he had MUCKY HANDS. *dies laughing again* ...am I supposed to be laughing this much at this, or am I still giggly from JemmenJay? gosh. look what they've done. LOL. Anyways. Dalton is cool. I wish I knew what happened to him too, Hatter. :( What was interesting is how Redd knew Dalton and mistook Hatter for being him... hmmmm. *shifty eyes*
I also thought that the beginning part was kind of random, but that was how I thought ArchEnemy was too; like I was being thrown into something that I really had no idea of what was going on, but I was just there. Confused. Gah. Oh, and I thought the kid in the beginning was an adult. I started laughing, "What is this, some other world where people pay taxes with candy? There's different areas of property?? Where's Hatter! I need him to rescue me from this confusion RIGHT NOW!!"
And that's all I can tihnk of. Pretty good for just having woken up! XD

and I totally agree with everything you just said. XD those were the exact same things that we pointed out. and Hatter cheating on Weaver. can't forget that.
k. I'll elaborate later. gotta go study for midterms. DX

I loved it but I loved the first one more. XD
The art style was harder for me to concentrate on. Like you said, Hattertant, Hatter was really.... eh..... bulky. XD And yeah the whole deal with him being all romancy with that gal didn't impress me much either. But then I wondered if he just wooed her so that she would send a letter with that particular stamp to the dude who had helped Hatter in the beginning. After all, "Hatter always keeps his word." XD
And Yes, Hattertant, I did yell at the guy with the tarot cards. And I stared him down. Just in case you were wondering. XD!!!!
And then I also laughed when Hatter was like, "LINCOLN HAS MY HAT!" XD Classic. LOL

I've FINALLY read Mad With Wonder. After the local Barnes & Nobel said they'd have it by November 4 (even though they were supposed to have it October 15 ), they still don't have it to this day. So I finally went over to Boarders and found it there. :D
It was really good. I liked how it went into detail about his brother, Dalton. I couldn't help but find Hatter in New Orleans funny (IDK why). I also liked what he did for that British kid in the beginning. When it came to the madhouse, I'm glad he got out. The one thing that irked me, was when he went to that "Lovejoy Acres" place, am I the only one who thought he was flirting with the girl, Rosalind? I mean it's like, dude! You've got Weaver waiting at home, and you got her pregnant and you don't know about that, AND when you get home and find out that she's supposedly dead, you go into mourning. So what the heck are you doing?
I find it funny how Hatter's brother Dalton was the youngest bodyguard to a queen, and it looks like Molly, Hatter's daughter, just took that record ;). Apparently it runs in the family. And since Hatter's a 12th generation Milliner, does that mean Molly's a 13th generation Milliner? I get the feeling Halfers count, and maybe that's one reason why Halfer's aren't trusted, they're counted when it comes to the bloodline, but they're not full Milliners, like they've been brought into something that they're not supposed to be in. IDK that's my best guess.

here here! to that second paragraph. LoL.
Dalton. I confused Dalton for Hatter when I first saw the flashback, but I figured it out of course because I'm smart like that. especially when Dalton started calling him Hatter. XD
I didn't like Hatter in this one...not so much. The asylum was my favorite part.
Which one was your favorite?

The Dalton flashbacks. What I'm hoping for from the third one is that we see a little bit of Hatter's memories of Weaver. And that whole thing with Hatter helping that boy and his father reminded me of how Hatter's family is in AE. His daughter just lost her mother and Hatter doesn't know enough about her (though not from lack of trying). But at least Hatter isn't obsessed with stamps and he realizes that his daughter is extremly important. When it comes the second paragraph of my previous post I think that only the pics made it look like he was flirting, the wording was him talking about his home.
OARN, young Hatter reminds me of Molly, just in the way he talks about to his brother. So do you think that Molly would count as a 13th generation Milliner?
*On A Random Note
And P.S to the somewhat seemingly flirting Hatter. Your daughter is five now :p ;)

BAHAHAHAHAHA!!

hmmm...maybe 12 and a half.
BAHAHAHAHAHA!!
Maybe. And I think I might have just figured out how old Hatter is. It's just a guestimation but here it is. 42 as of the end of LGW and throughout SR and AE.
Here's how I got that... It says in Mad With Wonder that the flashbacks of Hatter and Dalton are from 21 years before and it's been 5 years since Hatter and Alyss left Wonderland, so in the beginning of LGW the flashbacks would have been 16 years ago. I figure that Hatter is about 13 in the flashbacks, so go foward 16 years he's 29, go foward another 13 years he's 42! And that's how I got it. :D
And I figure Weaver before she died was 39. I figure she's 3 years younger than Hatter. Remind you of another couple? :p
